Dr. Pepper decided to cash in on an Internet meme.... I don't know what to think about this.

I've been a long time Verizon customer and was happy with their service until I actually needed something from the scoundrels they call support. Since then I've been signed up for 2 plans or services I didn't ask for despite declining on their automated service and calling back more than 5 times to express that I didn't agree to the plan. In the end I just gave up and accepted a 1 year plan extension, twice! So I've learned to never call Verizon unless you want to be bamboozled.
