Solitary is a Fox Reality show that separates contestants in a individual pods and puts them through a series of "experiments." The first one to quit is eliminated, but the twist is that there is no contact with anyone except a disembodied robotic voice named VAL. Everything down to when they sleep, when they eat and what they know is controlled by VAL.
